MVP development · Dubai, UAE
Your MVP, built end to end by one senior engineer.
For UAE founders who need a production v1 in front of users and investors — scoped, built and deployed in about 8–12 weeks, with one person accountable for all of it.
Get in touch →The problem
Agencies quote for a team you don't need yet. Stitching freelancers together leaves no one owning how the pieces fit.
A prototype that impresses in a demo isn't a v1 that survives real users, real data and the next round of changes.
Hiring a team before you've proven the product burns runway on the wrong problem.
What you get
Scope
We cut the idea down to the v1 that proves it — what's in, what waits, and why.
Architecture
A stack and structure chosen to get you to launch without boxing in what comes next.
Web app & API
The product your users touch and the API behind it, built and tested together.
Data & auth
A Postgres database designed for your domain, with sign-up, login and roles handled properly.
Deploy
Hosted and shipped through a repeatable deploy pipeline, not from someone's laptop.
Handover
Documentation and a walkthrough, so your first engineering hire can pick it up on day one.
How it works
- Timeline
- Typically 8–12 weeks to v1
- Stack
- Next.js, NestJS, Postgres
- Scope
- Scope, build, deploy, handover
You get one senior engineer, not an agency. If the project needs three or more engineers from day one, I'll tell you.
Why me
On the oil-spill detection platform I took a promising detection model to a production system analysts could trust — owning the architecture and leading the build on Next.js, NestJS and PostGIS.
I've also led a team through a two-year platform build, so the v1 I ship is one a team can grow — not a demo to throw away.
Best when
- —You're a pre-seed or seed founder with a clear problem and need a production v1
- —You want one senior engineer to own the build, not a team to manage
Not a fit if
- —You need a full agency — design, PM, QA and engineering
- —The project needs 3+ engineers from day one
FAQ
How long does an MVP take?
A typical v1 ships in about 8–12 weeks. The exact timeline comes out of scoping — cutting the idea down to what proves it is the first thing we do.
What stack do you build on?
Usually Next.js for the web app, NestJS for the API and Postgres for data — a stack I know deeply and that a future team can hire for. If your product needs something else, we decide that in scoping.
What happens after launch?
You get documentation and a walkthrough so your first engineer can take over. If you'd rather keep me on, that's an ongoing BUILD engagement — or LEAD, if what you need next is technical direction.
Are you based in Dubai?
Yes. I'm based in Dubai and work on Gulf Standard Time (UTC+4), so we share a full working day, and I can meet in person across Dubai and Abu Dhabi when that's more useful than a call.
